EVOLV offers no Refunds or Exchanges
Each piece is handmade and made to order by our Seamstress.
Exchanges will ONLY be allowed if there was an issue with your order...damaged, defected, wrong size, etc. Other reasons will not be valid unless approved by a customer service representative. You must email our customer service team within 7 days upon delivery to have the problem acknowledged and fixed.
CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE TO COVER ANY SHIPPING FEES WHEN SENDING AN ITEM BACK TO OUR RETURN ADDRESS.
